Location: Lahore, Pakistan (On-site)Industry: Fashion Retail Key Responsibilities: — Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with more focus on Customer Insights and Customer Service modules.— Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and IT solutions.— Provide techno-functional expertise to support retail operations, ensuring the CRM system meets the needs of the business.— Ensure seamless integration of D365 CRM with other enterprise applications, including eCommerce platforms and retail POS systems.— Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of CRM initiatives. — Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to D365 CRM, providing ongoing support to end-users.— Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that drive business growth.— Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective utilization of the CRM system across the organization. Qualifications: —Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.— Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with a strong focus on Customer Insights and Customer Service modules.— Proficiency in customizing and configuring D365 CRM, including workflows, plugins, and integrations. Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.— Deep understanding of CRM processes, particularly in a retail or fast fashion environment, with the ability to align CRM strategies with business goals.— Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
