More Jobs CPQ Consultant Zed Consulting is looking for candidates for the position of CPQ Consultant.Location: Canada (Remote)Industry: IT Services and IT ConsultingSalary: CAD 100K – 125K Key Responsibilities: – Lead requirement workshops and discovery sessions with clients.– Understand business processes, pricing logic, approval hierarchies, and integration needs.– Build trusted relationships as a consultative partner.– Capture requirements using structured templates.– Document business logic, process flows, data dependencies, and acceptance criteria.– Execute configurations within CPQ– Apply configuration patterns consistently and document deviations.– Conduct thorough testing of configurations against requirements.– Participate in UAT sessions with clients.– Validate configurations against the Pattern Library.– Document new patterns, edge cases, and implementation learnings.– Contribute to the Configuration Pattern Library.– Participate in developing and refining AI-assisted configuration tools and workflows.– Work with Product and Engineering to represent client needs.– Collaborate with other consultants to share knowledge and maintain consistency. Requirements:– 5+ years of systems implementation experience (ERP, CRM, CPQ, or similar).– Strong client-facing consultation skills (discovery sessions, workshops, presentations).– Business process analysis expertise (pricing models, approval workflows).– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.– Logical problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.– Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced functions, data manipulation).– Ability to rapidly acquire new CPQ domain knowledge.– Experience with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).– Familiarity with AI/automation tools and willingness to contribute to their development.– Prior CPQ or pricing experience.– CRM platform experience (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, etc.).– Experience working with remote/distributed teams.
