— Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with more focus on Customer Insights and Customer Service modules.
— Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and IT solutions.
— Provide techno-functional expertise to support retail operations, ensuring the CRM system meets the needs of the business.
— Ensure seamless integration of D365 CRM with other enterprise applications, including eCommerce platforms and retail POS systems.
— Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of CRM initiatives.
— Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to D365 CRM, providing ongoing support to end-users.
— Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that drive business growth.
— Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective utilization of the CRM system across the organization.

Qualifications:

—Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
— Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with a strong focus on Customer Insights and Customer Service modules.
— Proficiency in customizing and configuring D365 CRM, including workflows, plugins, and integrations. Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
— Deep understanding of CRM processes, particularly in a retail or fast fashion environment, with the ability to align CRM strategies with business goals.
— Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
