– Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of retail IT solutions, including D365 Retail, D365 CRM, and eCommerce platforms.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and IT solutions.
– Provide techno-functional expertise to support retail operations, including point-of-sale (POS) systems and eCommerce platforms.
– Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
– Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of IT initiatives.
– Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that drive business growth.
– Ensure the integration of retail systems with other enterprise applications for seamless operations.
– Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to retail IT systems.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
– 10+ years of experience in retail IT solutions, with a focus on D365 Retail, D365 CRM, and eCommerce platforms.
– Proven experience in managing retail POS systems and eCommerce projects.
– Strong techno-functional background with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
– Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
