– Develop value-adding CRM solutions to meet evolving client business needs.
– Conduct risk assessments, analyze current vs. future processes, and perform gap fit verification.
– Provide business process consulting to define challenges, propose solutions, and execute implementation strategies.
– Lead project teams by guiding processes, deliverables, and scope definition, contributing to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building.
– Design and facilitate workshops and technical sessions to gather and refine requirements.
– Support D365 CRM deployment and integration customizations, ensuring well-documented installation procedures.
– Develop within D365 CRM system, including C#, JavaScript (AngularJS), XRM Page model, forms, workflows, and configurations.
– Build and optimize Power Apps within D365 to enhance automation and user experience.
– Develop integrations using .NET, SSIS, Microsoft’s latest APIs, WebAPI, and KingswaySoft for seamless connectivity across platforms.
– Implement testing frameworks and issue resolution processes, ensuring quality assurance and technical reliability.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
– 8+ years of hands-on experience with D365 CRM Online and its latest versions.
– Extensive technical expertise in C#, .NET, SQL, XML, ASP, JavaScript, AngularJS, SSIS, SSRS, Scribe, and KingswaySoft.
– Ability to guide technical teams, review and approve development components, and conduct technical analyses.
– Strong design and facilitation skills for planning CRM system modifications and enhancements.
– Expertise in plug-ins vs workflows, ensuring optimal implementation of functional specifications.
– Proficiency in SSRS, Power BI, and related reporting tools for effective data visualization.
– Full understanding of Dynamics 365 Solution modules.
– Experience in building Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps to support business operations.
