— Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the UK and European markets with a focus on enterprise and mid-market clients.
— Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities in key verticals such as Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, Technology, and Manufacturing.
— Cultivate long-term relationships with C-level executives, technology decision-makers, and procurement leads.
— Consistently exceed pipeline, revenue, and profitability targets through disciplined sales execution and strategic account management.
— Lead the preparation of proposals, pricing models, solution presentations, and commercial negotiations.
— Collaborate with global system integrators, technology partners (e.g., Microsoft, AWS), and channel partners to drive co-selling and joint GTM initiatives.
–Work closely with solution architects, delivery teams, marketing, and leadership to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
–Monitor industry trends, competitive movements, and regional dynamics to proactively adapt sales strategies.
–Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and provide regular updates to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

–Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
–10+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT services, digital transformation, or software engineering, with demonstrable success in the UK and European markets.
–Strong understanding of consultative sales, solution-based selling, and long-cycle enterprise sales.
–Proven ability to develop and close multi-million-dollar deals with enterprise clients.
–Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
–Strategic thinker with a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and initiative.
–Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales performance analytics.
–Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe as required.
