-Design, develop, and maintain customizations, interfaces, and reports related to Oracle Procurement modules
-Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
-Develop and maintain RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) to support procurement operations
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues in procurement flows, patching, and performance
-Ensure compatibility with Oracle’s R12.2.9 patching and upgrade practices
-Support the technical implementation of new procurement features and enhancements
-Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment scripts, and unit test results
-Participate in code reviews, quality assurance, and technical knowledge sharing within the team

Qualifications

-Deep expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.9 procurement modules: Purchasing (PO), iProcurement, Sourcing, iSupplier, Inventory (INV)
-Strong development experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher (XML Publisher), and Oracle Workflow
-Skilled in OAF (Oracle Application Framework) customizations and personalization
-Familiarity with AOL (Application Object Library) components, concurrent programs, value sets, and flexfields
-Solid understanding of ADOP (Online Patching) and EBS dual file system architecture
-Experience with Oracle APIs, interface tables, and data conversions
-Competency in Unix/Linux shell scripting for automation and deployment support

Functional Knowledge
-In-depth understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and controls
-Ability to interpret functional requirements from business users and translate them into technical designs
-Familiarity with procurement integrations, vendor management workflows, and compliance rules
-Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in complex environments
-Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and document technical specifications
-Capable of working independently or within cross-functional delivery teams
-Adheres to best practices, development standards, and change management processes
